Return Policy:

Dog toys can last anywhere from 1 minute to 1 year, therefore we only accept returns when toys and all other merchandise is in perfect condition.  Returns must be mailed back within 15 days of purchase, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We are happy to exchange items as well, just call the shop to make sure we have what you need in stock.
